Keep this restaurant in mind for a celebratory meal with a stunning view and excellent service. For a value-for-money experience, have the Express Prixe Fixe Menu ($48 for 3 courses) at lunch. Expect starters like the fragrant Chicken "Laksa" Spring Roll, and mains like Brioche Stuffed Australian Quail or the Grilled Angus Beef Burger. For a decadent meal, come for dinner and have the Dining Room Tasting Menu ($155, add $150 for wine pairing). Indulge in dishes such as Handmade Agnolotti and aromatic Bincho Grilled Veal Tongue.

My first time having quail. Texture tastes like very much like chicken but itâs a bit more difficult to eat it, cause of the short wings. The caramalised vegetables and purĂ©e went very well with the tender quail and made the dish very flavorful.
A new take on spring roll. The laksa noodles can be distinctly tasted together and there were slices of chicken in the spring roll as well. Spring roll skin was relatively thin and crispy. Another great appetizer to start the meal!
Been an avid follower of Veronica Phua and she highly recommends Spago. I can totally see why, every dish was so on point and I liked that they offered quite a variety of dishes for lunch. I chose this tuna tartare for my appetizers. The external crust was so crispy and went very well with the well marinated tartare. Great start to the meal!
I love this modern take on the Korean bibimbap.
The hearty salad is built around a large piece of smoky bincho-grilled salmon thatâs done so beautifully the flesh falls smoothly away in thick moist flakes. It is planted on a mound of flavourful hijiki seaweed rice and is surrounded on all sides by as many Korean âbanchanâ (assorted pickled/marinated vegetables) as Jon Snow was by White Walkers (ok, that may be an exaggeration đ). Anyway, the bold punch of savoury-sweet âgochujangâ sauce, sesame seeds and chilli guarantees this is as far from meek and mild as a salad can possibly get.
If you are in the MBS area and fancy escaping for a solo or quick lunch at the breezy and relaxed Bar & Lounge area of @spagosingapore, I think this is a pretty darn perfect choice.
I forgot what this was called but Spago has the best dessert ever đ
