💕Vietnamese Broken Rice Claypot Porridge (cooked over the charcoal grill). My favourite fr the Buffett spread. It’s very comforting and the seafood broth very tasty.
💕Carrot Cake (grilled and served ‘potong’ style).

💕Nanjing Salted Duck.
Beside that, diners also can enjoy live stations - charcoal grill, tandoor, Asian salad bar and teppanyaki ice cream.

With a kitchen crew that originates from various Asian countries, you can be rest assured that the flavours from each country is injected into the food offerings. One of the favourites include the Black Char Siew (pictured) from the charcoal grill section as the pork undergoes a Robatayaki style grilling method that results in a sticky caramelised exterior while the inside is tender and juicy. Other highlights include the must-try Broken Rice Claypot Porridge that comes with white clams, barramundi and oysters in a rich and comforting broth, Squid Ink Naan that’s best paired with their range of curries and other savouries such as slipper lobsters, chilli crabs and coffee pork ribs. Priced from $34 (lunch) and $42 (dinner), Spice Brasserie is opened daily.

It is cooking durian in coconut milk along with other ingredients like sugar and pandan leaves. It is definitely my favourite dessert! It is smooth, creamy, luxurious and full-flavored!

PRICE: $65++/adult -> $32.50++ after the 50% app discount for 8.30PM timeslot

HIGHLIGHTS WE LIKE:
* CRAB BEEHOON. BEST. EVER.
* Drunken prawns (seriously fresh and big prawns)(soup is not that impressive tho)
* CRABS. Salted egg/Chilli/Black pepper/pumpkin
* Sambal seafood
* Baked scallops in wasabi cream
* Tiramisu (you CAN taste the alcohol. And omg those liqueur chocolate balls.)
* Curry popcorn (shiok)

NOTES:
* No salmon sashimi when we visited (they had other fish tho)
* The Lobster Bao wasn't available that night
* No soft drinks. Only iced water, coffee, tea.
* Staff will start clearing the food just before 10PM

SERVICE:
Very polite and attentive. Clears the plates very fast.

TIPS:
* AVOID the bamboo clams! The shells were too crushed and SUPER SHARP. My gums got pierced by one piece of incredibly thin and sharp broken shell. It was quite a bloody mess. Thank goodness they have restrooms within the buffet restaurant.
