Those having birthdays can get this bowl of noodles for free! Although it’s just a simple bowl of instant noodles with an egg, 2 prawns and some veggies, it’s free so why not? I’m not complaining.

Forgotten the name of this dish but it is filled with mushrooms. Although they said that this was non spicy, I did felt a hint of spiciness in this. However, I did prefer the flavour of this dish over the mala one in the seafood platter. But this is probably because I’m not really a mala person. Both the grilled fish and seafood platter were good regardless!

Ordered the seafood platter for 4 pax and opt to have it 小辣. We also added an additional lobster to the dish. There’s really a huge variety of seafood so really recommend seafood lovers to try this out!

really nice fish pot. The taste is fantastic with lychee topping. Love it!

We ordered the sour version because it could help to reduce some crazy spicy taste

The chef lightly fried the fish so that it could maintain its shape after some simmering (And covered any bad fishy smell)
.

We could some sides - sliced potato, beancurd, sliced louts and vermicelli. We didn't like any additional meat because we didn't want to introduce any other flavors. Meat didn't really absorbed the spicy sauce. .

Some guilds to eat this
1. Root veg like potato takes longer time to cook than expected.
2. Food which look a sponge, e.g beancurd, longer it cook better it taste.
3. Food like noodle must eat once it is cooked. If not it will thicken up the sauce and turned everything mushy. .

I first had this at china. It was so good that I could not forget about its spicy tongue numbing taste

So I decided to try again in Singapore. The plating was excellent but their lobsters weren't very fresh. Had a hard time removing its shell and one of them was empty
.

The way of eating this was to remove its head then remove its smell from its front. Please remember to wear its rubber gloves. If not, be prepared to face the wrath of the spicy oil. If you had never try before it was worth a try, just for the fun of it.
