Each piece served with 2 pcs of watermelon.

As someone who isn't impressed by jellies usually, this one kinda rocked my world. The whole family gave laudatory remarks to the last item to grace our table.

Osmanthus tend to be overwhelming but the ones here were so well balanced, u can taste the sweetness of the gojiberries as well as appreciate the texture of the jelly. It's off menu, do ask for it. And it's no wonder each piece comes at 5 bucks, it really is that good to warrant the price. Needless to say, must try!!

This really left an impression. Savoury pork lard, homemade? Coconut milk (u can see the suspension, it wasn't smooth) and yam paste. If u don't like a bit of savouriness u won't like this but otherwise damn it's pretty unhealthy, but justified by the taste

The pork was good quality, and tender. But the balance is off. The vinegar was v tangy in a bright and unabashed way, so there's a lot of sweetness added as well to counter that but in the end both are strong, they didn't neutralise.

No second cooking. It's no secret they don't give you all the meat from your duck, be it because they don't bother deboning or cos they use the meat for another dish.

Thus, my mum and I decided that we're not gonna pay to have the meat stolen haha. It's decent, and served with this Cheong fun-like sauce. Anyway anything is good with their chili sauce

Yeah it's pretty big, about double the size of normal. It tastes quite different from the norm and is a bit more satisfying with the addition of some kind of protein. Do ask for it to be spicy
