From the Burpple community

off menu. For a 2kg crab. They are very serious about the quality of the crab, heard there's a minimum weight and they told us they can't serve us this dish if they can't find a good crab haha

The quality shows, firm sweet crab meat but the highlight was the beehoon. It's comforting, in that it's a not strongly spiced or oily, yet satisfying from the crab stock as well as the fried garlic. Serves 3-4

This was a very clean and soupy version. Still quite enjoyable. First time having this veg(from the Chinese name it seems to be wolfberry plant?) and while it's not the best(compared to spinach or amaranth), it has quite a decent texture

Take note burpple beyond doesn't apply to many of their signatures like Peking duck roasted duck or wtv

PSA water/tea and peanut go for 2.7++ per pax and they won't tell you about the price. Abit stunned that it adds up to 10bucks for 3 people

This was delicious. The lamb still has some bite but the texture was already enjoyable(personally prefer melt in your mouth). Savoury sticky sauce that wasn't too sweet or herbal.

Each piece served with 2 pcs of watermelon.

As someone who isn't impressed by jellies usually, this one kinda rocked my world. The whole family gave laudatory remarks to the last item to grace our table.

Osmanthus tend to be overwhelming but the ones here were so well balanced, u can taste the sweetness of the gojiberries as well as appreciate the texture of the jelly. It's off menu, do ask for it. And it's no wonder each piece comes at 5 bucks, it really is that good to warrant the price. Needless to say, must try!!
