chausson aux pommes (French apple turnover) is just amazing with light crisp buttery puff filled with well balanced apple sauce. Combination is perfect..

The best Rhum baba I've ever taste. The yeast cake was nicely soaked in a bath of Rhum which is the signature patisserie of Maison Stohrer since a century ago.
