Finger thin churros dusted generously with cinnamon sugar paired with a creamy vanilla ice cream. You can have it plain or garnished it with your choice of toppings. I have tried all of them on the same day and my favourite has got to be the choco-berry topping. The tartness from the blueberry sauce balances the overwhelming sweetness from the cinnamon sugar and ice cream making it more bearable, if not gratifying. The chocolate shavings not only gives its presentation that extra oomph but also add texture to it. #burpple
