* This place has closed :( Please try somewhere else. * Strictly Pastry, a Singaporean patisserie serving desserts and treats, officially opened on 16 February 2014. Two years in the planning, the brick-and-mortar shop is an extension to owner Hannah Wong's pastry plans. With a 4-year background in providing quality customised cakes to private events and corporate clients like Christian Louboutin, Fancl, Citispa, Sony, Bobbi Brown, Clariancy and more, Wong is now ready to include retail offerings. With a full space of 1,300 sq ft and a retail area of about 500 sq ft, the shop will bear out plans for developments like baking workshops and other concept events in the future. Our aim is to bring a pleasantly unexpected retail and pastry experience to the local market. In the meantime, the front currently has an offering of freshly-baked goods as well as packaged treats for the walk-in customers. We compiled a list of items, that though limited, covers a good spectrum of the palate. One of our recently launched concept at the opening was a 'box buffet dessert table'. Customers may purchase either a medium or large box and then proceed to our dessert table to fill up with any of the pastries of their choice. We have mousse cakes, cheese cakes, tarts, meringue, cupcakes, Tiramisus amongst our stable of ever-changing items. Celebration whole cakes, customised cakes and dessert table services are also available. We also stock interesting wares from curated vendors with a genuine passion in what they do. Currently conserves and jams from GSH, wine-inspired teas from a.muse projects, nut butters from The Hunters' Kitchenette and designer terrariums from Green Banana are featured.

Called Ugly Sue but it tastes SO BEAUTIFUL my taste buds are in absolute bliss and joy every single time I have it.💗💓💞 "Crumbly soft meringue filled with passionfruit mousse, rolled with strawberries, raspberries and blueberries." Your imagination would fail you if you're trying to imagine how this would taste like.

unlike Ms Clumsy Raine who accidentally cut her thumb while cutting lemons and stained her white top with food 😩 White is curseddddd 😱

Anyhow, pictured her is the Ugly Sue ($3) of soft, crumbly meringue filled with passionfruit mousse and rolled up with triple combination of strawberry, raspberries and blueberries.Technically a good marriage of a fruit swiss roll with meringue which went well surprisingly with a "Ching Chong Ling Long" Nai Xiang Tea.

A signature here is the UGLY SUE. It is ugly outside but beautiful inside. The crumbly soft meringue is filled with passionfruit mousse, rolled with fresh strawberries, raspberries and blueberries.

Crushed pineapple cheesecake with fresh cream & chocolate biscuit base. A lighter version of cheesecake, perfume with pineapple. Best of all, not too sweet.
