Served on a bed of fresh crunchy lettuce and juicy cherry tomatoes, this soft chunky potato croquette has a crisp panko breadcrumb exterior, with a runny poached egg interior stacked with sliced carrots.

Cut in, and the 'bomb' egg yolk oozes out, lending the dish good eggy sweet flavour, complementing the starchy potato flavour.

Dressed with a tangy sour salty savoury tonkatsu sauce. Delicious, we all enjoyed this.
