Yummy Angus rib eye with mixed cabbage, ancho mole, capsicum and onion salsa in a taco.

Another favourite taco is De Baja: crispy fish fillet with to die for chilli mango salsa. So good.

6 chicken wings/drummettes but only 3 left in this picture after 5 seconds of it being served. It was really good! Tangy thanks to the lime crema and sweet/spicy at the same time from the chipotle sauce. 6 was not enough.

Black tiger prawn, fish chicharron (basically fried fish skin) with barramundi emulsion and tomatillo. All the elements of this dish just gelled together so well. Surprisingly most of the flavour I felt came from the fish chicharron and tomatillo instead of the prawns, but I liked how succulent the prawns were.

Tried the tasting menu and was about 60$ pp excluding drinks. Gotta say it’s pretty worthy cos the dishes were all premium! this ribeye was charred on the outside and well seasoned inside.

Overall would return here for the food and the view!

Verdict: 4.25/5

This meal can be counted as our very first encounter with Mexican food. When we first arrived at the restaurant, we were pretty much clueless as to what to order! The place serves tacos, quesadillas, ensaladas, and some pretty interesting concoctions. We eventually settled for the single serve tacos with these fillings - crispy fish fillet, grilled barramundi and pulled pork. I enjoyed the fish fillet the most as the skin was super crispy while the fish was firm. Overall, the fillings were pretty well-done but we felt that the tacos might be a bit too dry to our liking. Adding some sauce would probably help. The entire meal felt very serene as we simply ate and enjoyed the scenic view overlooking the MBS. You can take a stroll along the river to the nearby Merlion Park after dinner to burn away some calories and enjoy the wonderful view that comes along. If you ask us, Super Loco is definitely a good place for a date night ~ ❤️

Came here for a dear friend’s birthday. Didn’t manage to take more pictures of the food as we polished it all off VERY quickly as it was very tasty. We got the corn chips with the dips, 3 various tacos (which we all enjoyed), the corn, margaritas, and a prawn appetiser. This place has great vibes and the food is perfect for snacking and chilling with friends.

The thing that stood out the most to us was the phenomenal service. Our server, Hetty, was a joy to be around! She recommended us great dishes, was understanding as we switched out the spicy dip in the corn chip set for more guac, and consistently checked in on us throughout our meal! We were never without water and we had a fantastic time. They also surprised the birthday girl with a cute sombrero and churros! It was full of laughs and a very happy time! Thank you Hetty and the staff at Super Loco (Customs House) for such a great dinner experience. Will definitely be back for the yummy bites and amazing service!
