Couldn’t believe it’s vegan.. maybe it’s just a teeny bit on the drier and crumbly side, but hey it’s as good as any regular carrot cake to be honest!
Interesting presentation with generous toppings. The Acai was a little too icy for our liking. It was a good deal nonetheless!
Matcha powder was blended together with ice and coconut juice. Fruits, nuts and seeds are used to top the matcha ice blended base. The matcha taste was quite mild and not too much of flavour.
