One of the crowd favourites at the the table that night, the Nagoya Furai is a pizza infused with Japanese elements, with the likes of Fried Breaded Shrimps, Nitsume Sauce and Furikake. An interesting deviation from the usual Italian pizza 🍕

My favourite dish of the night - Umbrian. The truffle scent hits you the moment this dish is served, evident of the copious amount of truffle paste and oil within. The pasta was cooked al dente, with the dark mushrooms and pork sausages as well as garlic bolstering its Umami factors.

They weren’t kidding at all when they named this Saigon Loaded Fries. The thick cut fries were given a good mix with mayo, togarashi mix, Vietnamese Tuong Den Sauce, sriracha sauce, pork belly strips, peanuts and scallion making this pretty power packed on the flavours though you could get bogged down by it after a while, possibly due to the chunky cut. It wasn’t a bad dish but I felt there was too much going on.

Enjoy while it’s hot, so that you’ll get the Mozzarella, Gruyere and Raclette Cheese in all its glory. Utterly savoury, this is definitely one for the cheese lovers!

Started off my meal with their Freshly Shucked Pacific Oysters flown in from USA. The oysters do differ individually though, with some spotting a stronger oceanic taste. Squeezed a little lemon, drizzled some Tabasco over it and you’re off to a good start for the evening.

Was pleased to find that Supply & Demand had curated a takeaway menu! Their aglio pollo e funghi ($10.90) fared much better, with diced chicken and a medley of mushrooms. Would have liked a stronger garlic and chilli flavour, but I appreciated the hint of brine!
