The team has come up with an outlet exclusive weekend brunch menu, titled Around the World, which showcases 12 different dishes that pay homage to the featured cuisines. The fastest and easiest flight routes to these holiday destinations now might just be via this passageway.

From Asia to Europe, the chefs have added their personal touch to each of the dish based on their travel recollections while yet retaining its authenticity and flavour. Our two favourites happened to be the Vegemite Avocado Scrambled Egg Toast, inspired from the Australian cafe scene and Bibim Naengmyeon from Korea. The former has the umami flavour from the yeast spread which complemented with the creamy scrambled eggs and avocado on toast, a nutritious and hearty brunch fare while the latter is an interpretation of the Naengmyeon dish but instead of buckwheat noodles, cold capellini pasta that’s coated in gochujang is used as the base of a bibim which is topped with grilled beef, vegetables and boiled egg.

Other “countries” that we have visited include the Huevos Pericos from Colombia, Chakchouka from Tunisia and Strandzhanka from Bulgaria.

Actually really enjoyed this as much as it looks very simple. On a crunchy garlic flatbread, it’s spread with tomato infused scrambled eggs, onions, bell peppers, scallion, and crumbled feta cheese. It was very pleasing and comforting to have! This dish is part of their Around-The-World menu that’s available on weekends for brunch between 11.30am to 4pm.

Strandzhanka is a Bulgarian dish, baked bread with ground pork and egg with onions, thyme and cumin. Found the dish to be a tad too dry and was expecting a bit more for this price tag. Seasoning here is more on the mild end. This dish is part of their Around-The-World menu that’s available on weekends for brunch between 11.30am to 4pm.

Had a tough time deciding which drink to get and glad I picked this. They have quite a range of coolers on the menu with some fun combinations like Coconut & Lychee, Coconut Mint, etc. This Strawberry Lemonade is made with fresh strawberry puree, honey, soda, fresh lemon, strawberry syrup and strawberry slices. It was sweet but not cloying, and enjoyed how refreshing and tangy it was to keep the appetite going through the meal. Came in a good portion too.

Was surprised to find this on the menu! Bibim Naengmyeon made with cold capellini pasta in gochujang sauce with grilled sliced beef and a range of toppings - red onions, scallion, Japanese cucumber, soft boiled egg and crispy salted kombu. I don’t take beef so I was only able to try the noodles. It was a healthy rendition that tasted clean. The salted kombu was a nice crunchy touch but could be tad bit less salty. I would definitely prefer the dish to be spicier, perhaps fun if one could choose the spice level!

𝐁𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐦 𝐍𝐚𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐦𝐲𝐞𝐨𝐧 🇰🇷 (3.5 ⭐️; $20)- Asian-Western fusion with the use of cold cappelini pasta. While enjoyable with a healthy and flavourful mix of various ingredients in a gochugang-sesame sauce, did wish for a spicier kick, more tender grilled beef, and less salty salted kombu.
