[NEW Menu] Supply & Demand has launched a series of new menu items and tweaks to its current menu.

Here are some of items we tried;

Indomie Goreng Fries ๐ŸŸ ($12, $17); Thick-cut fries tossed with house blend of Indomie-inspired powder and chilli powder, drizzled with sweet Kecap Manis, topped with a fried egg, red onion, parsley and creamy Mayo.

Beef Tagliata Crostini ($22); Seared beef, guacamole, mango salsa, tomato, shallot, scallion and toasted sesame seed on linseed crostino.

Beef Carpaccio ($15); Thinly-sliced Beef Tenderloin with watercress and Yuzu Wasabi emulsion.

Peach ๐Ÿ‘ and Parma Ham Crostini ($14);
Thinly-sliced Parma Ham, peach slices, Mascarpone cheeseย and shaved Grana Padano on Garlic Crostini, drizzled withย Balsamic Sauce.

Okonomiyaki Sweet potatoes ๐Ÿ  Fries ($13, $18); Popular Japanese-inspired fries topped with savouryย netsuke sauce, Japanese Mayo, Bonito Flakes, Furikake and scallions.

Gorgonzola & Parma Ham ๐Ÿ• ($25, $29); Garlic cream sauce, mozzarella, gorgonzola cheese and caramelised peach topped with rucola leaves and thinly sliced parma ham.

Seared Beef With Pear ๐Ÿ• ($25, $29); Tomato sauce and mozzarella, gorgonzola, taleggio and raclette cheese topped with toasted almonds and fresh pear, drizzled with honey.

Seven Cheese ๐Ÿ• ($25, $29); Tomato sauce, garlic mozzarella, smoked scarmoza, gorgonzola, emmental, taleggio, brie and raclette cheese topped with Grana Padano, sun-dried tomatoes and cherry tomatoes.

Carnivoro ๐Ÿ• ($25, $29); For the meat lovers โ€“ tomato sauce, mozzarella, onion, gammon ham, spicy salami, chicken breast and beef pepperoni.

Nero de Seppia with Seared Scallops ๐Ÿ ($19); Pasta in Squid Ink, garlic, splash of White Wine, homemade broth and cherry tomatoes, finished with cream, butter, parsley and shaved Grana Padano.

Personally I really love their pizza ๐Ÿ•. I am not a pizza person, but their pizza are really good. If you like cheese as much as I do, you'll probably going to enjoy their pizza. Their fries are interesting too, great for sharing. Definitely a good place to dine, chill and catch up while listening to live music.

[MEDIA] Vegetarians will delight in the Avocado E Pesto [$25/ $29], a savoury amalgamation of garlic cream sauce, aregano, mozzarella, sliced red onions, fresh avocado, rucola, and cherry tomatoes drizzled with pesto sauce.

[MEDIA] The Nero De Seppia with Seared Scallops [$19/ $29] is one seafood loverโ€™s dream with al dente squid ink pasta cooked in garlic with a splash of white wine, homemade broth, and cherry tomatoes for extra colour and flavour. Fnished with cream, butter parsley and shaved Grana Padano, this simple, yet classic dish is easy to enjoy. With a little more plump scallops, this would be a perfect entree.

[MEDIA] Sweet meets savoury in the Baked Brie [$17], which features a whole wheel of oven-baked brie drizzled with honey and topped with roasted rosemary, almond flakes, and crumble. Tuck in immediately to enjoy the most of this gooey, melted delight.

[MEDIA] A traditional Italian appetiser, Beef Carpaccio [$15] is vibrantly coloured and perfect for indulging on a languid weekend. Thinly-sliced beef tenderloin is garnished with watercress and yuzu wasabi to make a richly flavoured communal dish. Plus points for the smattering of purple and yellow flowers petals that add colour to it!
