Roast Chicken, Grapes and Pepper Jus ($36) is so good. The spring chicken is sous vide for 6 hours and slowly roasted, resulting in a plump and juicy chicken. The potato purƩe and roasted vegetables are drizzled in a winey pepper jus and the myriad of flavours complement one another.

Chorizo Shashuka ($32) features baked egg in tomato stew with spicy chorizo sausages, roasted potatoes, feta cheese, fresh herbs and paprika. Served with crispy toasted bread, this is one irresistible flavour bomb.

Iā€™m not a big fan of cream-based pasta in general, but the Miso Carbonara Udon ($26) is delicious! The fresh Japanese udon goes surprisingly well with the house carbonara sauce that is thoroughly infused with the aroma from the bacon. The sauce is smooth, light and not jelak at all. Topped with an onsen egg, seaweed and shaved parmesan, this is one satisfying fusion udon that I would love to order again.

The scrambled egg is so creamy & silky with a tinge of saltiness, just PERFECT šŸ’Æ! They use Nuyolk eggs so itā€™s more yellowish. Generous amt of creamy avocado mash made from Grown in Good Nature Australian Premium Avocados with whipped ricotta, marinated tomatoes, Vegemite emulsion, šŸŒ±alfalfa & quite alot of radish that literally cover the toppings on sourdough toastšŸ¤¤ Very flavourful mix of ingredients which has contrasting flavours & texture. Avocado looked & tasted fresh, can taste the šŸ‹lemon juice too. Couldnā€™t rly taste the sourdough toast itself except for the sides cos it became flattened & a lil mushy due to the toppings but it does pair well tgtšŸ˜‹ totally enjoyed the dish!

I didnā€™t quite like the Chilli Crab Linguine ($26) because even though it was pretty spicy, the sweet undertone was too strong for me (reminds me of sweet chilli saucešŸ˜…). Having said that, I like that they were very generous with the amount of crab meat and Tobiko in this.

Melbourneā€™s Avo Toast ($26) came with avocado mash, whipped ricotta, Vegemite emulsion, marinated tomatoes and greens on top of sourdough bread. The avocado mash was creamy and tasty, and the double scrambled egg was soooo smooth. Though this is quite overpriced, I enjoyed this more than I expected.
