After observing peak-hour queues at various sushi express outlets we were convinced to try it out! What exactly are Singaporean queuing for? We concluded: A great marketing strategy of $1.50++ per plate sushi and Japanese sides that's self-service from the conveyor belt. Actually pretty sub-standard taste wise, but not complaining when regular sakae sushi charges 2.39-6.39$++ per plate.
