This was really not worth the money. The tuna was not fully defrosted and didn’t feel very fresh. The rest of the items were just okay. Sushi bar over this any day.....

At 80 cents per piece, Sushi Goshin has quite quality and fresh salmon and aburi salmon (spammed so many of these) However, the tako sushi (octopus) tastes a little off but it may be because we were there when the restaurant was about to close 😅 #burpple

SGD0.80 per piece

This is half a scallop, torched, and glazed with honeyed chilli. It’s delicious to be sure, but the nitpicker in me feels that the searing could be better controlled. (I just don’t think singed rice was part of the plan.) But at 80¢ per piece, there’s nothing much else I could really carp about.

💭 Must try!

Sushi Goshin strikes a nice balance between the quality-price dichotomy. For just 80¢ per sushi, we got salmon sashimi shake and torched salmon aburi and hotate slices, all of which tasted incredibly fresh. The aburi salmon was soft and fragrant: smeared with dark, sweet sauce and served with a sprinkle of sesame. Fifth time here but I can still see myself coming back for sushi fixes.

💭 Solid personal sushi staple.

Though these aburi salmon sushi were inconsistent in their size, I’d close an eye cause they cost only 80 cents each and didn’t taste too bad !

Suntec branch: Super affordable sushi's! But be warned, their other foodstuff that i've tried on the menu was very underwhelming and pricier compared to similar counterparts. Probably their sales tactic - lure you in with cheap sushi and profit via the sales of main menu items. There is nth wrong, but at least make sure it's good!

Will i return/recommend: Yes/Yes (only for aburi sushi)

Pros: I love the aburi shake, foie gras and hotate sushi's! Super good for the price you pay. Friendly, welcoming environment.

Cons: Only the aburi sushi stood out to me. Tried a couple of their other main dishes and was disappointed even at a slightly more expensive price compared to other similar establishments.

Price: S$0.80++ /pc for salmon & hotate aburi sushi. S$4++ /pc for foie gras aburi sushi. S$8++ for chawanmushi.
