Deep fried oyster sushi roll topped with mentai mayo

Yummy matcha ice cream. Bitter on the outside, sweet on the inside.

Nicely breaded croquettes with a starchy corn cream inside. The cream is really smooth so once you break the croquette apart things get a little messy. Nice to share. If you prefer something less creamy they also have potato croquettes ($4 each)! Price: $8.80 for 2 pieces

Spring time feast! Love this $12.80 goodness! The meat makes you feel all homey in Japan. Tea is very appetising too! My noodles though were slightly overcooked but still a really nice meal!

We can actually eat the crab itself without deshelling! I always love fried soft shell crab! Crispy and soft inside. Very flavourful too. Especially when it is wrapped with moist Japanese rice. Yum yum
.
Featuring the soft-shell crab temaki from @sushiteisg I like that they serve it warm. The soft-shell crab will more crispy. I feel the Seaweed will be better if it is a bit crispy too. It will be easier to bite through!

one of the most popular dishes in Japan. It is also my favourite. It is not really spicy but still flavourful. I understand that Curry was introduced to Japan during 1868–1912 by the British. The recipes for curry in Japan were actually based on British curry powder. Interesting History.
.
Featuring the Japanese Curry Chicken rice from @sushiteisg at @tiongbahruplazasg. The curry gravy was generous. The chicken was tender.
