Thin crunchy lotus chip tossed in special sauce, a refreshing appetizer to start the meal. - Chef Irfan's "Jalapeño and Mint Chicken". Grilled chicken dressed with coriander, mint and lime served with cajun potatoes.

More juicy's pick: - Chef Jonathan's "Mysore Lamb Ribs". Lamb ribs which are charcoal grilled and coated with their special Indian spice sauce. The ribs had a well-balance ratio of meat to fats which was grilled to perfection. - Chef Devagi's "The Explosion". Masala potato with chick pea salad in kueh pie tee cup topped with muruku and pomegranate. The exploding pomegranate provided a tinge of sweetness which neutralized the masala spice, making this snack refreshing and irresistible.

Juicy's pick: Chef Devagi's "Hot Indian Chick". Masala chicken slider burgers with achar which bears some resemblence to otah but with more flavourful punch.

But I must say that I was very pleasantly surprised by this Aloo Gobi Sabbich by @artichoke_sg
Meaty chunks of fried cauliflower with potato hummus, aloo gobi mayonnaise and herbs in a pita pocket. Vegetarian food at its best. Fills you up quite nicely.
