Swee Heng 1989 (Oasis Terraces)

This bread is pretty simple but really good! The cross section doesn't look super wow but the flavours are definitely there, with a nice amount of crispy parmesan cheese on top of the bun and a bit of melty cheese inside the bun. It's not too salty and slightly sweet from the mayo thing on top.

A really good, classic bread!

The salted egg itself is sweet and complements the taro well. A fragrant tasting bun that’s definitely a crowd-pleaser. The purple sweet potato bun was plainer in comparison to the former bun as there’s only sweet potato in it. A healthy option for the health conscious. Lastly, the green tea azuki roll is awesomely sweet and soft but not for the matchaholics. In general, the buns and cake are soft and moist.
