Swensen's (Downtown East)

Ice Cream Flavors: Hazelnut, Cookies 'N' Cream & Rocky Road. Garnished with Marshmallow sauce, hot caramel and wafers (S$11.80).

Since I found out you get 2 sundaes for 12.80$++ during tea time (2:30-5pm) on weekdays, I try to work my sugar rush fixes accordingly... My conventional sugar rush option entails: the signature sticky chewy chocolate X mocha almond fudge sundaes

Plans for an outdoor mushroomy BBQ fell through when it rained throughout the evening. Salmon with veggie sides did ease my disappointment a little. Yum.

New dish in the Swensen's menu. The photo in the menu depicted mashed potatoes but I got roasted potatoes in the end 😢. The roast potatoes weren't to par though, but the chicken was well-marinated.

Sundae on a Sunday woohoo! Salted Gula Melaka ice cream with chocolate balls (which we hated cos it sticks to the teeth), diced almonds and chocolate crisps. Maybe I should try the super nasi lemak sundae next time!
