This was actually very enjoyable! Somehow managed to find sth sinful in a healthy place πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ Croissant was mediocre - dry, unflaky, not adequately buttery and pretty stale. But the udders ice cream saved the day! Rich chocolatey goodness that went well with the croissant πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»

Sounded more promising than it really was sadly ☹️☹️ Brownie was dry and chocolate tasteless (neither bitter nor sweet), pastry was just dry and bland, overall I guess you can defo get a better cake/tart/dessert elsewhere πŸ˜•πŸ˜•

Smoked Salmon Kraftwich πŸ₯ͺ (S$9.80)
Topup S$5 for drink & soup
Available at @KraftwichSg in @HFC_Sg
The sandwich πŸ₯ͺ was appetizing and packed with slices of smoked salmon, vegetables and caper. Thought that the bread 🍞 looked quite grainy but it was alright. The bread 🍞 consisted of wheat 🌾, soya, malt, sunflower 🌻 seeds, flax seeds, rye and oats.
Selected iced lemon πŸ‹ tea which was served unsweetened. Add syrup from the counter for some sweetness.
Selected Seafood Chowder which was served slightly warm, topped with crispy croutons. The soup was rich and creamy, served with chopped vegetables but barely could find any seafood in it.

A sandwich isn't difficult to make, but how many good-tasting and healthy sandwiches can you actually find in Singapore?? For $8.90, you get a huge wedge of Kraftwich which guarantees both taste and nutrition. Tried the smoked salmon and smoked duck and boy they were delicious, but the star of the show for me is definitely their bread - crisp upon toasting and bits of nutty fragrance from all the healthy seeds within.

The quiche wasn't too bad as well, but it's small and pricey for $6.90 (if you compare it to Starbucks' which is around $5 but twice the height).
