One of the contenders for KL's best halal dim sum spots, Tai Zi Heen's winning edge lies in their value-for-money All-You-Can-Eat Dim Sum Brunch (RM60.65 per person), available only on weekends. Suggest this upscale but reasonably priced venue for your next gathering with friends — nothing appeases a big group like endless dim sum. Have the classics: the har gao, siew mai and lo mai kai (glutinous rice with chicken and mushroom) rate impressive, though you may not want to fill up on that last one. Get the charcoal buns with salted egg yolk and the barbecued chicken buns. We're glad the buns, like everything else, are bottomless because they're also warmly delicious! When you're done binging on savouries, the wolfberry osmanthus jelly leads the dessert troops to cleanse your palate. Also good is the sweet, refreshing iced sea coconut with longan.
