They specialize in hot or cooling Taiwanese dessert and what we have here is a bowl of Snow Fungus Soup with Wolfberries $4.80
🍦
Their tapioca balls are so huge because each of them have a red bean inside of them! But because all the balls are so huge, some were inconsistent in texture. The soup was refreshingly cooling and the staff were generous with the ingredients. 🍦
I highly recommend sharing. All the desserts here are priced at $4.80 and below.

From a relatively new Taiwan dessert stall named Taiwan Wei beside Xian Ding Wei Taiwan Cafe at IMM. A rather refreshing dessert, the soy pudding comes with two snow ball ice which were milky and covered in honey and pearls (not pictured) thoughtfully served at the side for the pearls were warm which may melt the ice prematurely. Soy Pudding was smooth, yet light without having doused in too much syrup, yet well complimented when you combine them with the milky shaved ice balls and soothing honey. The pearls, served warm gives a contrasting temperature to the cold ice balls, and adds a "QQ" bite to the dessert. Unlike most Taiwanese desserts which have too much syrup and condiments, this was light on the palate, not as filling and refreshing; certainly the type of Taiwanese dessert I would prefer to have! (PS: the photo does not do justice to the dessert!)

Featuring Mixed Snow Ice Balls with Peach ($4.20), a recommended item at Taiwan Wei.
The three flavoured ice balls--strawberry, sour plum and soursop--are accompanied with a side of pearls! The pearls are Taiwan Wei's signature and are served separately as they are at their best hot. You may also choose to pour it over your ice balls.
My verdict: Pearls are extremely QQ and are better separated. The ice balls are so-so and if I had to recommend a flavour, it would be the sour plum.
