@sake.tamasg have a selection of interesting craft beers from Japan. Some of them are brewed at sake breweries because the Toji is as passionate about sake as craft beer. Interestingly, beer and sake have a lot of similarities in the brewing process.

Limited to 700K, @dassaisake has released these Dassai Shima Kosaku from Aug 10 onwards to (a)bring hope to the people affected; and (b)to raise funds for disaster relief. Quite apt to be watching Season 2 of @netflix Iron Fist while enjoying this Dassai.
Not a sake bar per se but an intimate tasting room for boutique sakes and craft beers. This Reisen Junmai-Daiginjo has that distinct melon aromatics and flavour with a donating dry finish; 2 things I love about sake. Thank you Cherie for picking this out.
