Tamoya Singapore is first in Southeast Asia and also first overseas outlet! Brought all the way from Tamoya Japan, from Kagawa prefecture, Sanuki udon is hand-crafted from Tamoya's proprietary flour mixture (made from 3 different flour) and is served with "golden dashi" broth. Come down now to enjoy Tamoya's healthy and tasty udon with a variety of toppings!

The Black Garlic Ramen ($15.80 with a tempura and a drink 1 for 1 with #burpplebeyond) actually taste pretty great. The soup is aromatic and the noodles are springy. $7.90 per person for the set, I have absolutely no complaints!

Black Garlic Tonkotsu Ramen ($11.80, above) was not bad in terms of the noodles but my dining partner mentioned a bitter taste from the soup which was not fancied.

Beef Onsen Egg Curry Udon ($11.60, below) was yummy. I love the thick curry (not spicy at all) which went well with the udon, beef and egg. Wanted to try the Sanuki Beef Egg Udon at first but it was not available. :(

Can’t see much from the photo as we have loaded our bowls with lots of crunchy tempura bits, soft wakame and spring onions, which are self-service and FOC. Water is also self-service & FOC.

Best part- no GST & service charge so what you see is what you will pay. We paid $13.60 in total (inclusive of drinks not shown here, which was part of the deal) after utilizing BB 1 for 1- extremely worth for yummy and affordable Jap food!!

💸Pork Udon (Regular) with Tempura
A super affordable bowl of udon and there is actually burpple 1-1 for their dinner set which includes a main, tempura and drink! This is probably one of our last tamoya at liang court and while we’re sad to see our comfort spot gone, we’re glad that they are now opened at plaza singapura- definitely gonna continue to get our cravings satisfied there!🍤🥟🍤🥟

Kitsune Set - $9.80 (Oden - $2.40 extra ingredients lol) I felt that udon soup base is quite salty for me but udon still remain same standard - chewy and not that hard that I have tried in past. Oden soup base is quite sweet based and most of ingredients had been soaked by soup. Pumpkin (Tempura) ($1.20) taste same standard - sweet and crispy on the outer skin. Kakiage (Tempura) ($2.00) taste same standard - crispy skin on the mixed vegetables.

very generous meat portions that came with my Beef Udon! tempura was on point too! would also highly recommend the tamoya mixing dry udon, the spicy minced meat that came with it was superb! 👌🏼✨

This is just straight up value town. I was ravenous after training that I swear I can eat a cow, but this bowl was so filling and scrumptious it was able to satisfy me at the low low cost of merely $5.6?!(w Burpple Beyond)

The udon was thick and slurpy, the broth hearty and substantial with the egg mixed into it. They didn’t scrimp on their beef slices, and it was free flow tempura bits and seaweed. This was such a great find, certainly will come back again when I’m done with my exercise.
