Claypot-cooked taro and sliced fish. The fish was fried before putting into the claypot for cooking. This dish will goes very well with rice. Taro was well-cooked as it was very soft, unlike some that is hard and dry. Just to share, they have the option of brown rice too!
Topped with mini fried anchovies to enhance the flavour and crunchiness of the spinach. A very light dish that goes really well with any diet plan.
Very herbal-y taste, love how intense the flavour is because it means that they put enough ingredient to get that kind of flavour!
