Swee Heng 1989 Classic is a familiar bakery to many heartlanders staying in the West. Now this halal-friendly bakery has opened at B2-33 of Tanjong Pagar Centre! My favourite at this comforting bakery is the Polo Egg Tart ($1.60). Bought when it was just out of the oven, the fluffy bun with the sweet and slightly runny custard is heavenly. 😍
