Here's the Orange Matcha tart from @tartblanc that I had the other day! And no lah, this tart really not good enough to use as a celebration 🙊, but I got it for just $2 with the @sugar_singapore app!

Pop by this quaint little pastry shop after my work errands 🙊
Decided to go for one of their best-seller - Blood Orange Matcha Tart (S$7.50). Sweet and tangy blood orange mousse with a Jivara Chcolate centre on a bed of Matcha Strussel, blood orange jelly glaze, top off with a chocolate leaf.
Love how the mousse is soft and lightly-flavoured, with a slightly crispy Matcha base. Unique, and surprisingly good combination 👍

Had their sandwiches for lunch, not bad. Curacao green (blue colour drink) had this orangey cocktail taste that feels like I'm at a beach on Boracay - the "I'm on holiday" drink. Ordered 4 tarts, each has their own unique flavour, when shared between 2 of us got that nauseatic feel from the overdose of dairies towards the end. Maybe should eat 2 and dapao 2 tarts next time.

Crust that breaks with a snap and leaves no crumb, a glorious filling of crème pâtissière that reveals a flowy salted egg yolk custard, a layer of thinly sliced sweet yet subtly tart peach glazed ever so lightly with fruit jelly, topped with three cubes of the shortcrust pastry dusted with icing sugar, and served warm. Ok, that's all.
