From the Burpple community

Family of oolong tea from Anxi, Fujian. This exquisite tea is said to carry the delicate aroma of osmanthus, infusing it with a golden-yellow hue as it brews.

Sipping on this tea brew, you'll be greeted with a deep, warm, and floral fragrance that's truly inviting. The taste is gentle yet full of character, making it a pleasant tea experience overall.

Just a heads up: Tea Chapter has a minimum spend requirement of $9 per person and time limit is 2 hours.

Forget to mention their Jelly Platter($10) which consists of Lychee Tea Jelly($4), Pu Er Tea Jelly($4) and Osmanthus Tea Jelly($4). Lovely chilled jelly. All of them were delicious and carry a nice aroma of tea flavour. So smooth.

To satisfy my sweet tooth, I ordered a plate of Chapter 7 Cookies ($5), featuring seven cookies infused with different teas, nuts, and seeds. The assortment included Rose Tea, Jasmine Tea, Japanese Green Tea, Oolong Tea, Almond, Cashew Nut, and Sesame. The cookies were delightfully crisp and easy to bite into, and each had its own unique flavour. They simply melted in the mouth, making them the perfect complement to the tea.

I also couldn't resist trying the Tea Egg ($1.80), which was boiled with top-quality Oolong tea leaves, soy sauce, and Chinese spices for at least 8 hours. The tea infusion imparted a fragrant aroma to the egg, but in terms of taste, it leaned towards the moderate and pleasant side. Personally, I would have preferred a stronger tea flavour.

Aside from the tea, I decided to indulge in some bites as well.
I ordered the Dragon Well Noodles ($7.80), a vegetarian-friendly option. The noodles were cooked with dragon well tea leaves, vegetarian prawns, meatballs, and abalone. The noodles were silky and easy to chew, while the soup base had a rich and savoury taste, although the tea flavour was somewhat mild.

They also provided Sugar Peanuts ($2) as a delightful accompaniment to the tea.
