Although tenderbest is known more for their fried chicken, I discovered recently how good the laksa pasta is -- the laksa is fragrant and just the right amount of spicy. It's also very lemak, and the creaminess works really well with the pasta.

This came as another surprise -- the pizza here actually tasted really good with the crust at a good thickness and crispiness. The toppings were rather generous as well. Only thing is the truffle taste wasn't very strong.

Both sides were very underwhelming and dry. Only ordered this because their blooming onion was sold out...

One of their signature pasta. Reliable laksa spaghetti with great flavours, not overly salty and true lemak taste!

Crispy skin and juicy meat! Coleslaw tastes nice, fries are like your favourite fast food outlet's 🀭

I like Tenderbest for its good value "local" western fare! The vibes at this outlet is chill and on a nice weather day, consider sitting outdoors for a cool breeze!

Taking over the KFC that was within the driving range premise, Tenderbest Makcik Tuckshop brought a new lease of life to the almost forgotten part of Punggol. While the price point might be higher than their coffee shop counterparts, the restaurant offered some additional items such as the Onion Blossom (S$6.90) and some special desserts.

The Onion Blossom was beautifully cut and coated with batter before being dropped into the fryer, to make a β€œflower” out of the onion. Apart from its natural sweetness, the spiced batter also made this item a wonderful appetiser, probably good for two persons to share.

This restaurant building was also currently housing a stall that sold Cat and The Fiddle cheesecakes, and they also offered their in-house weblink to pre-order for drive-through and walk-in takeaway orders.
