With highlight of the ingredient is Amaebi (sweet shrimps) wrapped in oba leaf then topped with sea urchin.

Each ingredient is coated with seaweed tempura batter, fried till crispy and coating with Aonori (dried seaweed) powder and eat with their homemade sauce. Shiok 😋

Tendon kohaku Winter season is my fav tendon.

The Sea Urchin tendon available from 16 Dec 2019 to February 2020..

Kohaku’s signature tendon is overflowing with ingredients – chicken breast, wild tiger prawns, squid, crab stick, long bean, shitake, young corn and pumpkin, all encased in crisp, paper-thin batter. But I don’t think this is anything else besides average.

It’s definitely a hearty meal!

Pro tip: For a party of 2, order both spicy and original. Swap/share the items to get the best of both worlds, it minimises the feeling of getting jelat.

Generous portion for an affordable price. Came with a variety of tempuras - prawn, sotong, long bean, pumpkin, chicken, crabstick and mushroom. Highly recommended!

Tried a few tendon and still feel that tendon from kohaku is the best. Give their udon a try if you can finish it. If you love spicy food, order the spicy sauce!

THIS. IS. AMAZING.
the batter is amazing, the food is really fresh, very generous with the ingredients as well for its price!
however, because it is all deep fried, it gets a little “gelat” from the middle towards the end.
