Teochew Hand Made Squid Ball (Telok Blangah Crescent Market)

Every time I hear homemade balls I'm tempted to try it. The mixed soup has not only fishball, meatball and squid ball, but other stuff such as fish dumpling and fishcake. Overall it's nothing special but the variety did feel like seafood soup. The accompanying noodle was quite good.

Read about this stall and am glad to try it. Really good sotong and meat balls. Noodle is also well cooked and mixed. Both balls are bigger than a Table Tennis ball. Sotong balls are chewy yet crunchy and bounce in your mouth when being bitten. Meat ball has dried fish bits that add much flavour to it. Though it not cheap for hawker food $5.50 but there’s value for money especially if you like both ingredients. Yummy yummy yum yum yum.
