Sirloin Steak Teppanyaki(SGD $30.00) grilled to a beautiful melty tenderness with hints of smokiness hovering. The dish is served with wasabi, fried garlic pieces and homemade sauces on the side.

Springy yet succulent squid, served with creamy mild pesto sauce.

The salty and sour taste of the olives provided contrasting flavour in this dish. Hidden under the squid is grilles potatoes to add the starch / carbo to this dish. A good start to the meal.

The octopus is rest on a bed of Japanese potato, dressed in olive oil, capsium powder and topped with spring onion. While my friend thought that the octopus was average, I find the combination of the potato and octopus interesting. It is combo that I have not eaten before and neither ingredients stole the limelight from each other.

Yet another glimpse into Chef Kyota Ishida culinary experience infusing both French and Japanese ingredients. I have never thought that the subtle daikon flavour complements the rich creamy foie gras excellently.
