First time here at Hamburg Steak Keisuke and I was surprised to see how popular it is! We were fortunate enough to get seats after ~20-25 minutes (as we were waiting for everyone to reach). What I love about this place: every set meal comes with a free-flow salad bar (>20 items!) and egg. Do control yourselves at the salad bar as it does fill you up. The egg station, also free-flow, has a chef that makes various egg dishes (delicious too) upon order. We tried the omelette with mentaiko sauce, tamago, sunny side up, and the creamiest scrambled eggs ever🌟!
The hamburger steak was succulent and oooozing with cheese. You’ve got four sauces to choose from: original, teriyaki mayonnaise, demi glace, and oroshi ponzu (grated radish and citrus soya vinegar). I went with the ponzu sauce as I figured it would help me cut the richness of the meat+cheese.
Overall, the dish did impress but a tiny change that I would have preferred was for the dish to have a more savory hit. I found it a little too sweet which might not have gone well with the richness of the steak and cheese.
It is definitely worth a try but please go there EARLY with your FULL party so that you’ll get seats ASAP!

We had the most popular mains on the menu and it comes with eat-all-you-can salad and egg bar. Love the array of Japanese salads! But the guy doing the egg didn’t look happy working or perhaps he had a bad day. Tried to get his attention to make us some eggs and he totally treat us invisible until his fellow colleague had to take our order. Such a turn-off. Other than that, we had a great meal here!

1. Triple Cheese Prime Hamburg Steak Set (Left) [$20.80]: 😋

2. Keisuke's Green Tea Cola (Top Right) [$3.80]: 🤷

3. Okonomiyaki Omelet from Live Egg Station (Bottom Right) [Free-flow]: 😋

Damaged: $30-ish with free flow salad bar and eggs🍳
A restaurant that has been on my Burpple “Wishlisted” for quite some time now and I finally made it there on a Monday evening.
The Hamburg Steak was nothing mind-blowing but it was extremely wholesome. An unforgettable thick and succulent patty steak that I’ll definitely be dreaming about for days! The free flow salad bar had lots of variety but was pretty disappointed at how slowly the free flow eggs were put out for grabs🤕
Overall, I loved how hearty the entire meal was and I can’t wait to be back for more🤤

Waited 2 hours to eat the egg
Was it worth it?????

A Japanese-style beef hamburg steak made up of minced beef that was tender and well-seasoned though a tad salty for my liking. As I cut open the patty, cheese lava immediately oozed out. Disappointingly the cheese lava hardly tasted like cheese. The full set came with an ebi fry, a cube of tofu, two pieces of flattened taupok: and not forgetting, an unlimited salad (and egg) bar.
