This was the first time I (finally) tried the tomato sukiyaki hamburg and honestly speaking, I was blown away entirely! I rly love thick tomato broth and they totally nailed it 💯

The robust flavor of the tomato broth and coupled with all the right ingredients, it was rly a delightful meal.

Chiong-ed here to eat with my colleagues right before DORSON orange, before we had to work on split team. Tbh it wasn’t the hamburg here that made us revisit for multiple times (close to 10times I think), it was the free flow salad bar and eggs cooked in different style 😋 I treat this place more like a salad bar and eggs buffet place than a hamburg restaurant 🤭 Nevertheless, the hamburg was quite good, I prefer the one without cheese as the cheese can be quite jelak towards the end, especially when you’re already quite full from stuffing yourself with the salad bar and eggs. I usually go for teriyaki mayo sauce as they will provide the mayo in a tube, so I can spam it on other food items as well 🤗

Been meaning to try this place for a while, but sadly because of covid they no longer have their free flow salad bar ☹️ Nonetheless, while the hamburg itself was nothing mind blowing it was still a really satisfying meal! Shoutout to the free flow eggs though because the scrambled eggs and tamagoyaki were really delish 😋

favourite part of this dining experience is the free flow salad bar/mini buffet with all kinds of eggs and other cold/cooked dishes! 😍 paired with the set where cheese oozes out of the steak, this makes for a satisfyingly filling meal. go on an empty stomach!

First time here at Hamburg Steak Keisuke and I was surprised to see how popular it is! We were fortunate enough to get seats after ~20-25 minutes (as we were waiting for everyone to reach). What I love about this place: every set meal comes with a free-flow salad bar (>20 items!) and egg. Do control yourselves at the salad bar as it does fill you up. The egg station, also free-flow, has a chef that makes various egg dishes (delicious too) upon order. We tried the omelette with mentaiko sauce, tamago, sunny side up, and the creamiest scrambled eggs ever🌟!
The hamburger steak was succulent and oooozing with cheese. You’ve got four sauces to choose from: original, teriyaki mayonnaise, demi glace, and oroshi ponzu (grated radish and citrus soya vinegar). I went with the ponzu sauce as I figured it would help me cut the richness of the meat+cheese.
Overall, the dish did impress but a tiny change that I would have preferred was for the dish to have a more savory hit. I found it a little too sweet which might not have gone well with the richness of the steak and cheese.
It is definitely worth a try but please go there EARLY with your FULL party so that you’ll get seats ASAP!

We had the most popular mains on the menu and it comes with eat-all-you-can salad and egg bar. Love the array of Japanese salads! But the guy doing the egg didn’t look happy working or perhaps he had a bad day. Tried to get his attention to make us some eggs and he totally treat us invisible until his fellow colleague had to take our order. Such a turn-off. Other than that, we had a great meal here!
