Mochi - Black Sesame (S$3.50)
Chewy and soft

Their pillowy bread w bite again, with a very mild tom yam Ckn inside. Really could have been stronger, but it was at least sufficiently fragrant

4 thick pieces. Its like their other bread, soft with heft and some chew. Pretty good to load up with toppings cos of how thick it is. Id prefer it slightly lighter but that's just me, it's good as it is

Hard to toast with a Pan though because of the uneven surface

The mochi was soft and almost liquid, adding a very nice mild texture, not too chewy at all

Yan and floss were nice, yam was mild and while the flavours didnt harmonise perfectly, they were good on its own and the combination was jarring

Their signature for a reason, it's good and worth a try if you're open minded about the sweet x salty

They must have changed the recipe cos its not as overwhelmingly Basil-smelling as other burpplers have claimed. Cheese was alright

The bread itself was very soft, and is somewhat dense with a slight chew. Pretty good, i would like for it to be less dense but im pretty sure some ppl enjoy this a lot
