Massaman Chicken Curry

Voted most popular on CNN Go. Made with over 22 spices and a very tedious process, it was an honourable spice dip. Perfect for the thai style pancakes that were essentially roti Prata really :) loved the fork tender chicken drumstick!

Going Asian all the way after 2 weeks of indulging in Western food.

Decided to try Thai Express today and ordered this dish called Roti Krob - $10.40 (crispy roti stuffed with minced chicken salad) to try. Not too bad but relatively expensive for just 4 pieces! #burpple #thaiexpress #rotikrob #thaifood
