Well-hidden away from anywhere in the Singapore. This restaurant served up pretty good Chinese zichar right beside the Arcadia condo. This hainanese pork chop is close to what my hainanese grandma will do, so it sure brings back tons of good food memories. Deep fried to perfection without being dry, it's drench with the right amount of tomato sauce and topped off with red onions, it pork chop will retained certain crisp in every bite. Awesome.
