Cute lil’ burgs sandwiched between nicely toasted mini sesame bun, melted cheddar and and few slices of jalapeños. Could do w a lil’ dressing - be it mustard or ketchup or chilli sauce (it came plain) and options of doneness too. It was fully cooked! Nevertheless, still good to satisfy the burg craving. $16++ for 3 (missing 1 in the pic cos it was devoured bef a close-up shot was taken)

The best match on earth I would say... Taste of the durian was pungent and the panda flavour of it compliments it... Indescribably good... Is selling at its Xmas Counter @$70 each...

Cheese sausage deep fried to perfection, accompanied a mustard, lettuce and gherkins. Nothing can really go wrong w this combination right?

Essentially prawns 🦐 tossed w chilli in tomato sauce, accompanied with focaccia bread toasted to perfection. Prawns were de-shelled and tasted fresh and juicy. Focaccia bread was great when soaked w the sauce!

$16++ on the tapas menu, it’s an incredibly generous serving of fresh & juicy mussels. The broth is rich but a tad too salty for the tastebud. The accompanying French bun is kinda hard and tough (could have been toasted to give it some crisp, akin to delifrance’s) Scores 5/5 in terms of value-for-money worthiness!!

Luxe laksa is a mainstay at several hotels in Singapore and @panpacificsingapore does a pretty mean version with lobster as the premium addition. Sweet, big chunks of half-poached lobster peeking out of a creamy, thick, lemak gravy hiding a swathe of rice noodles, tau pok and bean sprouts was so good we all devoured a whole bowl each despite it being only the first dish to be served.
