An interesting pizza in the heart of Sydney! It's a half emu half pepper kangaroo pizza! The meats are first well treated in removing any odors after which they are topped with red onions, dried cranberries, bush tomatoes and capsicums and dressed with BBQ sauce! The emu meat is rather tender while kangaroo meat on the other hand may be a lil more tough. Kangaroo meat does have a more unique and distinct flavor and taste but kind of undesceible. But it's good for a try! There loads of other pizza flavors too! You ought to try one when in Sydney!
