Read a lot of good reviews of this bun, but I found the sunflower seeds too distracting from the thicc yam paste and so didn't enjoy it as much as others. I also felt that the cookie crumble-esque crust was unnecessary and added too much sweetness to the bread. I would stick to plain ol yam buns from now on!
