Nestled between a Chinese mala and a Teochew porridge shop is a nice hidden cafe with fresh breads and other pastries.
The triple decker is enough for 2 - other things to try would be the sourdough chicken pie, Cajun chicken sandwich etc
Too bad they don't serve beef any more, used to be my favorite there.
They also have some interesting new pastries for Christmas like German stollen that I intend to order for my own family Christmas dinner.

Bring 2 to this party. A ginormous sandwich with 3 slices of crisp Sourdough Bordelaise, balanced sour sweet wheaty and robust in flavour.
.
Packs gourmet ham, salami, sundried tomatoes, cranberries, romaine lettuce, mayonnaise, home made honey, mustard, gouda cheese, mozzarella cheese, and cheddar cheese.
.
Super full, super shiok.

Soft, moist, chewy texture, with a delicate flavour of cinnamon sugar. Very different from elsewhere.
.
In this case, we got the cream cheese served on the side.

Expect traditional French bread, made with classic techniques and a natural fermentation process.

They've hit on a winning formula, striking a balance between the heavier textures of European bread, with the Singaporean preference for fluffy bread.

I must say the sourdough here is fantastic!
Pity the place wasn't very crowded and I hope u can make a visit here asap and spread the word!
Cuppa from Toby's Estate 😋

Have always wanted to try this place out but it's quite hard to end up being here when there are just so many options along the road. Indeed, this is a satisfying treat especially with the light crusted, subtly sweet French Brioche used that is already a delight to have just by itself, while stuffed with chewy honey bacon, mayo mustard sauce, button mushrooms, romaine lettuce and stretchy Gouda Cheese in between seasoned with freshly-cracked pepper. Let's just say that this is a very simple sandwich that is done to perfection; just like how the chef told the patrons at the other table — good bread and fresh ingredients is all that anyone needs to assemble a good sandwich.
