Serving up a glorious all-beef feast, The Carvery will offer guests a variety of premium beef and unique cuts - prepared at the expert hands of Executive Chef Ian Hioe to showcase their amazing taste profiles.

From 28 September to 21 October 2018, lovers of all things meaty can indulge in this dinner
only buffet priced at $78++ (Monday - Thursday) and $88++ (Friday - Sunday). The following beef cuts will be showcased at The Great Meat Feast:
* Yukimuro Snow-Aged Wagyu Beef (Super good! Only available during the weekends)
* Tajima Wagyu Tri Top
* Tajima Wagyu Bolar Blade
* 150 Days Grain-Fed Beef City Black
* Ana Paula Black Angus

Not forgetting those who may prefer something other than beef, The Carvery’s buffet will also feature other signature roasts like the succulent Rotisserie Chicken and complementary dishes such as hearty green salads, seafood and fish, pizza and flatbreads, charcuterie and cheeses and more in its buffet line!

This buffet satisfies your meat craving and specifically for beef lovers. The different ranges of beef includes Tajima Australian Wagyu, 150 days grain-fed beef City Black (Australia), Ana Paula Black Angus (Uruguay) and my favourite which is only available from Fri-Sun, Yukimuro Snow-aged wagyu beef (Japan). Besides the beef load, there are seafood on ice, salads and a selection of hot dishes including cod fillet, beef cheek, sous vide eggs and pulled beef yorkshire pudding (another hot favourite!) Not forgetting to end the meal with desserts, my favourite Valrhona Choco Trifle, panna cotta and even the plum crumble. Only available for dinner, this buffet is priced $78++ (Mon-Thurs) and $88++ (Fri-Sun). Let the feast begins.

The dinner buffet here is very affordably priced at $78++/pax (Mon to Thurs) and $88++/pax (Fri to Sun), considering these are very premium meats not typically served at buffets. The premium meats are:
* Yukimuro Snow-Aged Wagyu Beef (weekends exclusive)
* Tajima Wagyu Tri Top

* Tajima Wagyu Chuck Roll
* 150 Days Grain-Fed Beef City Black
* Ana Paula Black Angus

My suggestion: Go for the weekend buffet, cos the snow-aged wagyu is really very good. If you've already tried all the dry-aged and wet-aged steaks in the world, it's time to start trying the snow-aged wagyu.
