What makes the cheese ark worth returning for is their awesome cheese platter which lets you sample 8 of their current offerings for under $30. Loved that elusive truffle brie which really stood out from the rest with its creamy rich texture and beautiful truffle aroma.

Hmm, that ice-cream, yum!

Not for the weak hearted though. Truffle is not prominent, only a faint touch on taste.

Each bite gloriously filled my mouth with silky, slightly pungent, yet ends off with a touch of saltiness. Kind of remind me of sea salt ice cream too. It's an interesting ice cream however it's not the type I would finish in 1 setting.

Texture wise, smooth yet rough. It's complicated 😅

Overall, Delicious and unique.

Should probably goes well on top of a hot brownie that oozes choc in the center, making it a sweet and savoury combo dessert 😋

Thanks!

These macarons from @thecheeseark bring a whole new meaning to mac and cheese!! These macarons were filled with truffle gorgonzola and the flavours were so amazing! These are a seasonal product and so do check before you head down if you only want this! Or else they sell a wide variety of cheese too so you can check their Instagram page for seasonal specials or head down to tell them what you prefer ☺️

The owner sources from a curated selection of European artisan cheesemongers, so you'll always find cheeses you can't get from supermarkets or even gourmet cheese shops at Dempsey. A tasting usually comprises of an omakase platter of 8 cheeses, with a couple of bucks worth of fruits and nuts. Just say what you like, or be challenged to try new flavors. Expect to spend about $30/pax on average, excluding drinks.

🚗 : Limited (very narrow) URA parking just in front of the shop (better for short wheel base) or across the road. Alternatively ERP parking at MDIS campus works well on weeknights or weekends.

my absolute go-to for cheeses that you can't get normally in sg! is omakase style; but shouldn't cost more than $25 per session (just for the cheese).

platter came w 8 different types of cheeses (let them know if u don't eat certain types of cheese!), and we were instructed on how best to enjoy them

Lots of cheese (well, up to 8 which is their standard platter) and whatever tipple (drinkkkk) they pour for you. I’ve found that’s my favorite way to enjoy a nice afternoon at Ai Ming’s lovey little place at Queenstown. And making friends there is easy!
