The Coffee Academics (Millenia Walk)

TCA has opened yet another outlet in the city & is situated in the buzzing popular Millenia Walk!

Their space consists of both an in-store & in-the-middle-of-the-atrium space (like most of the other stores there) for you to choose between a cosy day out or a quiet chat with a friend or two!

Since they're on #BurppleBeyond, you've got a choice of 1 for 1 All Day Breakfast, or their Pasta/Pizza/Big Bites!

One of the options that I had not have before was the Smoked Salmon Hash which turned out to be a delight! Perfectly pan-fried hash was placed at the bottom, topped with sour cream, baby spinach, 3-4 slices of smoked salmon, ikura & a side of a poached egg. It seems & sounds sounds pretty simple, but the medley of all the flavours matched perfectly, making it a real hearty breakfast/brunch dish to have!

Had the salmon hash under the burpple 1-1 promo. Portion was large for a girl (I was super full). Order the hot chocolate to go with this! Perfect start to the day!

$24.5++. Visited their new (ish) branch at Millenia Walk & it was a nice place to catch up over a meal. Eggs royale was good as usual with a generous side salad & really tasty hollandaise.

Went during Sunday lunch hour, was told that tables will only be ready in 30 minutes but got a call around 15-20 minutes.

Ordered Spicy Crab Pasta ($26) and Fish Tacos ($25). Serving for the tacos are huge but the pasta was a little je-lat to finish.

We’re also seated under the air-condition so pasta was cooled fast.

Yummilicious thin crust pizza which I can eat the whole thing on my own!

With their new outlet opening up in Milennia Walk, you'll find their signature all-day breakfast options, alongside their Truffle Portobello Mushroom Pizza ($26), Umami Pasta ($23) and crowd favourite Miso Salmon Pasta ($$28), which sees al dente spaghetti served with miso cream sauce and grilled salmon. Boasting satisfying portions, order up the Crispy Fish Fillet Tacos ($25), which Burppler A (: "liked that the portions are pretty big esp the veggies and the curly fries!"
