Just look at it. Beautiful and appetizing.

It's not expensive considering the salmon size. But I got it on 1 for 1 offer with burrple beyond, which made it even better.

Sides : It has mushrooms & broccoli, which I enjoyed.
potatoes and tomatoes I threw away, as they were bad to taste.

Staff was rude and had unnecessary attitude, which I didn't understand considering the state of business right now.

I went for the fish and coffee and enjoyed it.
So I will give a generous 4 on 5

Beautiful presentation, great value

Coffee was flavorful and ice cream was also coffee flavored.

A must have

Tried the Academics Breakfast & Eggs Royale as it was on 1 for 1. Academics Breakfast was pretty standard, but shoutout to their bacon as it was drizzled with honey that made it nicer! Similarly, Eggs Royale was also pretty good, with 2 sets of muffins with salmon and eggs benedict. Huge portions for both dishes, value for money. Worth a try only with Burpple beyond 1-1 :)

$28++ (Burpple menu not updated) for the Academics breakfast is exorbitant and not worth the 1 sausage, 2 eggs, bacon, mushrooms, tiny side of baked beans, 1 little slice of halloumi & 1 slice of bread. And $7.5++ for a little bottle of juice that isn’t even freshly squeezed?? C’mon!

The only thing I liked about it is the smoked salmon on hash. But at close to $30, I wonder if a better value could be found elsewhere?

Poached eggs were nice, and especially liked that the toast was also crispy. Tried their pastas previously and remembered them tasting good too. Enjoyed the relaxing ambience - will likely be back!

This was a pretty interesting dish with a refreshing combination - poached eggs, salmon, ikura and a fried hash at the bottom. While I appreciated the generous portion of ikura on smoked salmon, I felt that there was a slightly fishy smell that wasn’t masked by any sauce. This also contributed to the overall dryness of the dish, which elevated the fried and oily taste of the hash. Despite all this, I feel like it is actually worth a try as you can’t find such a brunch dish elsewhere. The combination was indeed interesting, and can be said to go well together. Overall, going on a weekend meant having to wait for a while before getting seated. The service staff was a mix of really polite and really rude individuals. The staff serving my table seemed like he was in a rush, walking really fast, pushing the utensils holder onto my table... but the cashier and staff handling the seating were really professional. I understand that rush hour crowd is stressful, but I think there should be a modicum level of professionalism involved. Other than that, the cafe has a pretty good vibe, but to wholly enjoy the experience one would probably choose to go during a more peaceful non-peak hour.
