Ordered the burrata with smoked salmon ($18) and foie gras ($23) miso pasta. The pasta came with an entire piece of foie gras which was very value for money. It was creamy, lightly pan seared and absolutely delicious. The burrata didn't disappoint me too - milky and buttery! But I do prefer my burrata with parma ham instead of smoked salmon. Overall really enjoyed both dishes.

Their servings were large and were reasonably priced. Great ambiance to chill and just wind down after a busy day. Was extremely surprised with the welcome drink, loved it so much that I ordered it to pair with my meal, I would highly recommend it when you are there :)

Enjoyed a casual dinner at The Communal Place. Nice ambiance with minimal and aesthetic decor. They serve really fragrant food that’s is nicely seasoned with rich flavours. Really like the foie gras miso pasta for its creamy and delightful taste.

Had a great evening with my partner over at The Communal Place. Decor gave off a really homely and modern vibe. Service was prompt and staff were really friendly and helpful! Food was incredible overall and definitely exceeded my expectations. Foie Gras Miso Pasta was the highlight for me with its rich fatty flavours that complemented well with the carbonara miso sauce. Wagyu Burger was also great; good portion, well seasoned and definitely value for money! Highly recommended πŸ˜ŠπŸ‘Œ

visited the communal place expecting standard western fare but came out feeling like a king, the portions they gave were very generous! especially with the truffle fries which were drizzled in the aromatic truffle oil, chef's kiss! I also ordered the wagyu burger (my friend ordered the miso salmon which was exceptionally good according to her), I liked the toasted buns which had a nice spread of butter on them, making it crispy. the wagyu patty was surprisingly soft and complemented well with the melted cheese, would totally eat this again if I'm near the area!

i had the miso salmon, my friend got the wagyu cheeseburger and we ordered truffle fries as well. the miso salmon was so good, the sauce complemented both the salmon and mashed potatoes so well! looks are deceiving as it seems like it isn't going to make you full but it is actually very filling! the portion of salmon was also very generous. would 10/10 visit again
