Pretty pricey but fulfils quality and wholesomeness. ($12-$14 for a standard portion)

*Based on what I have tried*

Good and Interesting Picks:
- Mashed Purple Sweet Potatoes
- Baby Corn
- Maple-glazed Tempeh
- Button Mushrooms

Everything else is pretty alright.

Avoid:
- Salmon Fillet (paid +$2 more to get dried out salmon)
- Garlic and Chili Olive Oil (not much taste and literally oil)

Look at this bulging bowl of goodness :D the box could barely fit this. But finally trying the 'OG meal prep place' as my dining partner puts it.

$15 bought me 2 bases (romaine, purple mashed sweet potato), 2 proteins (chicken breast, chili-lime shrimp), 3 supplements (broccoli, maple-glazed tempeh, egg whites), 1 topping (pomegranate seeds) and 1 dressing (honey mustard). To be honest the dressing is quite unnecessary; all the food is pretty well seasoned already so I only used it as a dipping sauce for the romaine. Or perhaps the lime squeeze might have been a better option.

The standouts to me were the chili-lime shrimp, which were fresh and crunchy with just the right amount of tanginess and spiciness from the seasoning. The tempeh is a good option for vegans and vegetarians looking for their protein fix; it was flavorful although I could barely taste the maple glaze.

All in all, not my favorite healthy salad place (personally I prefer more simply cooked food rather than the deluge of clashing flavors I got here) to eat in the CBD, but definitely worth it for the price and generous serving.

Healthy yet delicious! I chose the toppings randomly and it turned out good. The dory was really nice. They also give generous amount of food.

I wouldn’t normally call a salad filling but this blew my mind - very generous portion! The flavors are amazing too, I choose very randomly but the combo turns out nice! Also love how they have interesting options like mashed purple sweet potato and tempeh.

Still attempting to find my fave combo from the spring menu.

First time having the dory as my protein and they definitely didn't skimp on it. Had half-expected the portion to be smaller because portions always seem to run small for seafood in general elsewhere haha.

I loved how the fish was flavourful but not over-seasoned either. If you're a sweet potato lover like me, you should definitely get that as your base because the texture of their sweet potatoes are amazing. They taste great and the portion is really generous too!

As for the supplements, the petite entitles you to 2 choices, which i went for the Parmesan Roasted Cauliflower and the King Oyster Mushrooms.

The cauliflower was crunchy (though like my previous visit, lacked the parmesan taste) and the king oyster mushrooms were well-marinated and juicy.
