As their ice cream cookies are prepared beforehand and stored frozen hard, it's a good idea to give it a while to thaw first before attempting to cut it. We found their milk chocolate ice cream to be really rich and milky! 👍😋 A sidenote though: The chocolate crumbs at the side gave it a bit more of an aesthetic appeal but they get stuck between the teeth really easily >< would rather not have them if there's a choice!

At $8 per piece, this ice cream cookie is a splurge, but with 1f1 burrple beyond its definitely worth it. Will probably just get the ice cream next time!

Featuring The Dark Gallery's ice cream cookie, which contains a scoop of ice cream placed in between two pieces of cookie shortbread. For the ice cream, there are three flavours: sea salt butterscotch, milk chocolate and dark chocolate. We tried the sea salt butterscotch one as it sounds like a more unique flavour but it was rather disappointing, as the ice cream did not taste salted at all and the butterscotch taste was pretty faint. 😑

Thankfully, we enjoyed a one-for-one promotion using our Burpple vouchers and we were able to enjoy two ice cream cookies for the price of one!

Do note that the ice cream cookies are prepared beforehand and stored in a freezer at a restaurant. Hence, it may be pretty hard to cut the ice cream at first, and you should probably give the dessert some time to thaw!

Definitely a good choice for a cold afternoon, but I really question how worth this might be if not for the 1 for 1 deal. At $8.50 a cup I can think of plenty of items in the same vicinity which are more valued for money.

Maybe I'm just don't have the most refined taste buds for chocolate, so similar to the average consumer, you might not be able to tell the difference.

But it was definitely a pleasant experience, and at half the price, I might just have become a regular consumer.

LOVED THE ICE CREAMS and this combination. The Hazelnut was a little more traditional, sweet, light Nutella. The dark chocolate wasn't bitter and I quite enjoyed it (I'm not a fan of dark Choco). The top part of the waffle that's coated in chocolate taste quite weird (top up $1 for the biscuit) so recommend to get just the scoops with toppings or on the cone instead.

Cashier was kind enough for us to purchase takeaway using burpple even though it was closing time. Had dark chocolate and salted caramel. Definitely worth it with 1 for 1.

A big thank you to Burpple for gifting and introducing The Dark Gallery’s amazing Ice Cream Cookie! As part of their tasting pack, the decadent treat was absolutely delicious. Sandwiched between two crumbly shortbread cookies, the thicc Signature 80% Dark Chocolate ice cream was a chocolate lover’s dream come true as the intensity was spot on and the texture was oh so smooth. The dark chocolate cookies were also buttery and had a rich cocoa taste which went superbly with the robust, bittersweet, and almost savoury ice cream.
